I was so happy with the optical department at Kaiser, Santa Rosa. They were personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was happily surprised by the large selection of quality frames. Maritza was a great help.

My contact fitting appointment with Jessica at the Santa Rosa Optical Center was top-notch from beginning to end. I can honestly say she provided me with the best customer service experience and deserves recognition for her communication skills. I suggest Kaiser put her in charge of training their entire staff.

Jessica helped me solve my first-time progressive lens questions, and offered different solutions to fit my specific challenge. She was funny and gracious. I left the morning appointment feeling my day had begun so pleasantly. Not always the experience with mundane appts like this.
