“For my first review, I can't think of anyone more deserving than Dr. Gordon Wong. He is in a category by himself. Why do I travel 7 hours to see him?- Thoroughness:Dr. Wong is comprehensive like no other optometrist- Attentiveness:His attention to detail is intense. He leaves no stone unturned- Caring:You can tell that Dr. Wong cares. It reflects in his mannerism and the different tests he gives.- Time:You'll get a lot of time with him, unlike the 10 minute exams from other optometrist. He wants to make sure that your eyes are healthy- Billing:Perhaps the MOST important thing. I get upset when you have a good doctor but shifty billing. All the billing is upfront here. No hidden charges or padding of bill. Fair bill, in fact I feel get more than my moneys worth. I've left practices due to shifty billing.SUMMARY: You won't find a better, more caring, fair billing or competent optometrist. Dr. Gordon Wong is in this own planet of category.“
