Jesse has been fantastic to work with and the entire team is focused on customer service. They do an excellent job helping you find frames that truly suit you. They’ll give you their honest opinion about what looks good and what doesn’t, which I really appreciate. It has never felt like they are just trying to make a sale, they genuinely want their customers to select the right pair.

I initially chose a pair of frames that unfortunately turned out to be defective. Even after the manufacturer wasn’t able to resolve the issue, Jesse went above and beyond to help me have them replaced. That level of service really stood out.

“I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Wong and can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an optometrist. He spent over an hour with me, thoroughly checking my vision, adjusting my prescription, and even letting me try on lenses with the updated prescription to make sure everything felt just right. The difference in clarity was immediate and noticeable.

Dr. Wong is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained everything in a way that made sense, including the pros and cons of going with a stronger prescription (better for distance) versus a slightly underpowered one (easier on the eyes, especially helpful for someone like me who spends a lot of time on the computer). I really appreciated his thoughtful suggestions for long-term eye care too.

To top it all off, the pricing for contacts was very reasonable, seems much more affordable than elsewhere. Also, a quick note of appreciation for Aspen at the front desk, she was friendly and very helpful, which made the entire visit smooth and welcoming.
