“We lost our house in the 2017 Tubbs fire. Synergy had a "Rebuild Santa Rosa" program designed to help fire survivors rebuild their home at an affordable price. We opted to build a single story house instead of our original two story home (stairs are for younger people).They built us a beautiful home on our lot that we happily moved into in 2020. We enjoyed working with Andy, Deanna, Ryan and other members of the Synergy team on this project. We are still sad that we lost our original house but we really like our new home.“

“After 19 years with a kitchen that was designed in the 70's I was ready for a remodel. My husband being the CPA wanted multiple quotes so we interviewed 5 contractors without success. I was about to take a sledgehammer to the kitchen just to get it started when Christina, a designer at ProSource, recommended Caroline Weaver. I called her and got a quote which fit within our budget and made my husband happy. I had ordered appliances in August that were to be delivered in January. OK that worked we'll just store them in the garage. I ordered our cabinets from ProSource (also a great company to work with) in October. I was told it would take up to 16 weeks to get the cabinets which was OK with me but pushing into tax season which probably would have given my husband a heart attack. Anyway, the ball had started to roll when SURPRISE(!) the cabinets were ready to be delivered in December. After a bit of panic. I contacted Caroline and let her know that the cabinet company would hold the cabinets until January but the timeline had been pushed forward. As luck would have it she had an unexpected cancellation and was able to fit us in. The day in early January that her crew came over to begin demolition we had lost power and it was absolutely pouring rain. It was no problem for them they just merrily went about demolishing the kitchen.The job was expected to take 5-6 weeks they were finished in 4 and it was beautiful. So here is what I love about Monument Home Services, Caroline Weaver, Wade, Tyler and Juan (her team).Caroline always responded quickly to my questions and I had a lot of questions. The team showed up on time everyday altho' honestly 7am killed me. I'm not a morning person. They were completely professional in everything they did.They cleaned up every night before they left. I mean REALLY cleaned up.The work they did was perfect. Wade is a perfectionist and it showed. I never felt that is was just "good enough" It was beautifully done and he added touches that improved the overall look. I have two bathrooms that I am going to remodel and I will have Caroline Weaver and her awesome team do them!I have recommended her to everyone I know.“
