I called Relia-Tech to see if this technological impaired person (me) could get help with the Internet. I tried installing a new modem from Spectrum and messed it up and disrupted my connection by then fiddling around with my Orbi router.Paul to the rescue! He was on time and such a nice understanding young man. Got me up and running and answered all my questions and also advice. He's very knowledgeable.Highly recommend, ask for Paul if you need to call!Also Lance who answered the phone and set up the appointment was courteous and polite.

Absolutely the best support I received from any other service provider. I was serviced by Paul and he set my mind at ease in the manner he cleaned up my laptop. His manner set my mind at ease and reinforced the good results I have received before. Paul was very thorough and did not make me feel as if I was wasting his time. I also must compliment the person who answered my initial phone call. He knew exactly what my urgency was, and kindly directed me to Paul.
