“I have seen Michelle many times over the course of a couple years. Most recently I got facials from her once a week for a couple months in light of a hormonal acne flare up. In those couple months my skin made so much more progress than it did from going to a dermatologist and using antibiotics and prescribed topicals. I stopped using those products and started using Michelles products that she makes herself. Her services, products and advice have led me to have clean skin in such a short amount of time, I am extremely grateful! Not only is she an expert at her craft, she is also hilarious and very fun to talk to. I always look forward to our convsersations and being in her energy. “Jennalee did my facial and let me tell you this aged me back 10 years. My skin was treated so wonderfully and the massage was great. I loved how calming and peaceful it was the whole time. When you enter- you’re already treated amazing and the music and ambience is set to calm you. Then you get your skin plucked and primed and massaged for like an hour. It took me like another hour to process that it was over - because I loved the experience so much.“

“Nice experience albeit a little pricey. We tried the room 1 experience since the cheaper version is only available mon - thur. The massage was fine, but not the best I’ve had. The hot tub session is 70 minutes but you can only hang out in the hot water for so long before getting lightheaded. The best part of the room is the steam shower. It’s a high tech shower that also functions as a steam room. Didn’t know I wanted one for my house. Overall nice experience but not worth the drive if you’re not from Santa Cruz. I live in San Jose and prefer other options up north.“
