I feel it’s very “Santa Cruz,” open air baths and a sauna that will humble you. My parents took me growing up and I’m still coming 30 years later.

A perfect little me-time reset 🌿 The sauna and surrounding structure are nestled in nature with gentle water fountains nearby. Listening to birdsong and flowing water made for such a deeply relaxing experience.
I love Maitrea, my favorite spa in Santa Cruz. Always relaxed, friendly, peaceful. They have several pools (hot & cold), Finnish style sauna, plenty of space to meditate or stretch.
