I’ve been seeing her for the last few years, and she’s always been very friendly and attentive to my skin care needs. Her space is beautiful and relaxing/soothing for sessions. I also appreciate that she doesn’t try to push upgrading services or specific products to use at home, which has usually been the case at other places I’ve been to for facials. I come out of appointments feeling like I’ve been seeing an old friend.“

She listens intently to my hair concerns and shares innovative techniques—backed by the courses she takes to stay ahead of the curve—to help me style it just right. Her salon is stocked with top-notch products, and she’s a wizard at showing me how to use them to get the look I’m after. There’ve even been times she’s gone out of her way to track down a product she doesn’t carry, just because I love it. Without her, my hair would be an absolute disaster!
Every 3-4 weeks, she works her magic with my color and cut, and I wouldn’t dream of canceling—not even once. This boss lady’s schedule is packed, and I’d be lost without my spot! Beyond her talent, Vivian’s warm, vibrant personality makes every visit a joy. Oh, and the complimentary beverages? A delightful touch—whether it’s bottled water, fruit drinks (just bring the vodka -wink), coffee, or tea, she’s got you covered.

I bleach my hair once in a while, so my scalp is extra sensitive. The girl recommended I do the Repair & Anti Sensitivity Treatment (60min) with the add-on of Ginger Hair Nourishing Soak (20min) to help with my inflammation. The experience was phenomenal. Id have to say this is the best head spa I've tried so far in the Bay Area! My treatment came with a much needed shoulder massage, which I absolutely loved! I even fell asleep while she was blowdrying my hair on a reclining couch. I've never had my hair blowdried on a reclining couch before, so this was truly awesome!
