Nice experience albeit a little pricey. We tried the room 1 experience since the cheaper version is only available mon - thur. The massage was fine, but not the best I’ve had. The hot tub session is 70 minutes but you can only hang out in the hot water for so long before getting lightheaded. The best part of the room is the steam shower. It’s a high tech shower that also functions as a steam room. Didn’t know I wanted one for my house. Overall nice experience but not worth the drive if you’re not from Santa Cruz. I live in San Jose and prefer other options up north.

It was our first time and the customer service was amazing . Everything was so perfect yo celebrate our anniversary weekend . Since it was our first time we weren’t sure what to do . We brought our bathing suits and forgot to bring a plastic bag or tote to carry them into our massage room but we did pre dry them a bit in the sauna . So we did carry them in the basket them provide . It was a very good experience and would do it again . Totally recommend for all couples . Thank you !
