She was thorough and I was impressed with the product line she uses. What was a wonderful plus was the massage to my feet and the having my hands treated with a rich cream and put into heated gloves. Kathleen was so professional and pleasant. She knows skin care well and answered any questions I had regarding products. The ambience here was lovely and very relaxing.
