Best local massage opportunities with knowledgeable, professional and experienced massage staff, and afterwards, the most beautiful Japanese style hot tub overlooking a waterfall pond and garden.
Great place to take an hour away from it all. 4 stars since it’s pretty busy and usually running late. Had someone stay over their time into ours and had to reschedule after sitting there for 30mins. I think more buffer time would be helpful as well as a booking system that isn’t writing with pencil on a calendar.
A great place to relax. All the baths and saunas are well kept, clean, full working condition. The gardens in the onsen spas are beautiful and feel totally private. Great value for money and a Santa Cruz institution!
