“Wax: well it's a bit strange to review a place for waxing, but Adi made me feel comfortable from the beginning! I got a groupon and had called and left a voicemail for an appointment. She texted back and was quite responsive. During the actual waxing, we had a nice chat, that was pretty distracting from the usual pain of waxing (thank goodness for any distraction!). The wax itself did feel like it took a longer than other places i've been to, but it's also been a while, so my memory may not be serving me well! Location: The location itself is pretty convenient. The entrance to the parking lot can be pretty tight, but there were enough parking spots. There are a lot of other spa suites in the building as well. At first, I thought that there should be a second floor since Adi's suite is "200" but it's just in the back area. They could have some signs at the entrance, since Adi shares the suite area with some other specialists, but I was able to find Adi fine.“

“Need a 'YOU' day or afternoon? This is the spot. I've been coming here for quite a few years and always impressed by the service from start to finish. You are greeted at the desk and from there - take a breath - a sip of wine / bubbles - if you wish - and then ... relax. I like the private undressing / dressing rooms. I appreciate the amenities available to blow dry / style your hair after the spa treatment, in case you have somewhere to be after. The waiting room is calm - there are snacks and tea waiting for you. Take as long as you need before or after treatment.... As for staff - massage therapist - recommend Melissa. Being realistic - all of this pampering comes at a price - so just know that you will be dropping some here.“
