This visit was at another El Camino Health center on Pollard not the Willow Glen location. I was referred by the Willow Glen location as I was advised there wasn’t a hand and wrist orthopedic doctor on site.“

“My experience was really great. I went to see about a gash I got on my finger from cutting it on glass. The receptionist greeted me and was very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Toor and he was kind and attentive. The nurse was also really great too. She cleaned my wound and was very gentle and careful. Would definitely recommend coming here for your urgent care needs.“

“It’s hard to find a good veterinarian that you can trust for your Dog I found Dr. Ross Excellent veterinarian he gives you options on what to do with the situation with yr dog because it could get very expensive also When I called to make apt Billy answered he is One of the Nicest People that I have met that works in the office he Trimmed my dogs nails, he did an awesome job very caring and listens to you he Deserves a raise lol actually their whole staff Are very nice when you walk in there caring And with the smile that’s important when you Are worried about your pet that needs love and care and they have it there.“

It was like a Shohei Ohtani signing event was taking place here as there were a MULTITUDE of people waiting for labs this morning. Every seat was occupied plus people standing and in wheelchairs. So if you thought Tuesday mid morning was a good time to go..... no.

Both female techs who drew blood for Dad & Mom; the pretty Asian young lady and the older funnier Asian lady, were super efficient, kind and gentle. Thank you to them!“
