For the past 3 years, The LAB has been my fitness haven. After giving up soccer and running due to chronic injuries, I found my way here, and it's been life-changing. I have been going to The Lab since it opened its doors. Initially, I just took advantage of their recovery package as I am very active doing endurance type of sporting events and appreciate the recovery tools that they offer offer such as cryotherapy and Norma-Tech boots. Over the years, I have watched the trainers with various clients and have seen the benefits of individualized training. For me the biggest barrier to be a full member was the time commitment.
