“Luz cut my problem hair (extremely thin and fine) for ten years while I lived in Port Hueneme. My hair is not easy to make look good, but somehow she managed, and it came out perfect every time. Since moving to Colorado in 2004, I still haven't been able to find someone who can cut my hair the way she did. I actually went out of my way to go back to Luz for a cut when we were in California on vacation one year! Yeah. She's great.“

“This hair salon is the best in Oxnard. I got a haircut that matches my reference picture, it’s amazing. I dyed my hair the color blonde, which came out perfect.
