I was greeted and offered something to drink before we got started. I'll preface this with the fact that my hair is nuts! It has multiple textures and is stick straight on top. It's not easy. I always dread moving to a new location and having to find a new stylist who will know how to cut my hair. Well, I found that person in Nicole. She's the owner and really knows her stuff. She knew exactly what to do and gave me a great haircut! It's literally perfect. I had a great experience. Nicole is great at what she does and she's easy to talk to, making for just the kind of experience we all want when we go to the salon. I highly recommend Ivy Mae.“

I was actually trying to get her to do my hair recently but she wasn't able to on the day. I actually have a minor complaint about Laura, she was super rude and followed with a "girlfriend" at the end of comments like it would make the situation less awkward. I honestly didn't think she was being rude til I saw the look of the other customer's face as she was talking to me. I ended up going to another stylist who actually offered a deep conditioning for my hair instead of completely denying me of any service. I still recommend Erin and the others! ☺️
