“surface tempo is fabulous. I just can't say enough good things about them. I contacted 4 floor installation companies. the first company only installs their own products which are inferior. the second was way overpriced. the third one was a young man who didn't seem to be experienced enough for our job. thank goodness for Christopher and surface tempo! Christopher came out the same day I called. he gave me a quote and was kind enough to work with me on the price. we set the date for the demo and installation. Christopher kept in touch with me the entire time. nacho, Jose, cirilano and Vicky and Santiago came out and did an absolutely beautiful job on our den. They installed vinyl wood plank and it turned out perfectly. So if you want a great price, fantastic customer service and a professional job, call surface tempo. Highly recommend them!“

“We have used Shawn Ryan Construction for two major projects after a referral from a long time friend. Shawn responded to our needs quickly and was cost competitive for both projects. The first project was the refurbishment of a multilevel townhome rental property. Shawn and his crew removed "popcorn" ceiling material and resurfaced the ceilings, made structural repairs, changed bathroom fixtures, installed new lighting, and painted the entire interior. The second project was at our home and involved the repair of an interior water damaged wall that also required extensive repair of the adjoining outside wall. Shawn and his crew were punctual, professional, and performed excellent workmanship. “I was very pleased with my experience with Caliber. I had a stair runner installed by them. First they were super easy to communicate with. I love that I was able to contact them via yelp and they scheduled a time to come out to my house, all via yelp. Additionally, I changed the point person for them on the project part way through dealing with them and the handled it seamlessly. The owner of the company called at each step to let me know what is crew would be doing and always double checked with him each step of the process to make sure it was being done how I wanted it. Second, I liked that they asked for photos of stair runners I liked, so they could bring sample boards to my house that matched my style. After they came to my house and showed me their sample boards they ordered me full size samples in the patterns and colors I liked to have shipped to my house so I could make a final selection. They didn't even charge me for the samples or shipping! Third, they kept me updated on the timeline of my project throughout. Letting me know at the start how long it would take the get my carpet in, etc. Finally, I think they did a great job. The workers were respectful of my house and cleaned up after themselves well.“

“I had some good quality wood floors in my home. We changed color schemes from oak to a very dark mahogany finish. George refinished our floors to a impeccable level and we were extreme happy. This was 3 years ago. He also refinished our stairway to perfectionFast forward after many events at our home we got some deep scratches from chairs losing their caps and dropping a few things causing a few dents. George and his crew came in and repaired the damage with no perceivable flaws and matched our original finish perfectly.I cannot be any happier. The price was reasonable and the Carlos did a great job installing it all. They were flexible with the installation date (I had to wait for my closet doors to be finished first) and payment was easy with credit card. I will use them again in the future!“
