“Quick, communicative, and fairly priced. I only have good things to say about the experience. I have a 270 sq foot enclosed tiled balcony that was leaking water during the recent rains.

During the in person estimate, Robert was able to answer all my questions thoroughly was able to pinpoint the reasons that my old deck had failed. He gave me a detailed plan on his approach to the fix.

They completed the work quickly and the site was kept clean. Communication throughout the process was great. We decided to go with their lifedeck coating process as well as a bonderized steel railing around the walls. The work began within the week and they even rushed in order to finish before the rain. I appreciate that Robert and his team went above and beyond to do so. Happy with the result and would gladly recommend their work“

Years of wear and tear, dogs and cats doing their worst, carpeting installed on parts of it, water damage from an old leaky window and simple neglect. Walter found and replaced several areas of our red oak flooring, sanded, stained, applied 2 coats of clear, sanded again and applied the finish coat leaving our floors looking fabulous!
