Gus and his crew did a fantastic job replacing vinyl/wood flooring damaged by the sun, performing a perfect repair on a mega-click floor. Projects finished timely with amazingly low dust, and the crew was on time daily with amazing results. Hand scrapped wood floors that were a disaster with severe sun fading, deep gouges, and scratches were saved by Gus, despite three other companies saying replacement was necessary. The floors looked better than new, with no dust, no fumes, and large furniture moved. The job took 4 days, saved over $8,000, and included a 25 year non prorated wear warranty. Gus and his guys were the best, polite, super neat, and very efficient. The quality of work and customer service are second to none given the reasonable prices. Marco also assessed and repaired inconsistent flooring from another source, doing a great job that was timely and clean, leaving no flaws.
Gus and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing our vinyl/wood flooring in two areas where it had been damaged by the sun. This is a mega-click floor and takes an expert to do this correctly. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did an absolutely perfect job of repairing our floor. We are very happy with Gus!
My hand scrapped wood floors were a disaster. Severe sun fading. Deep gouges and scratches. Worn thru finish & stain. I had 3 other wood floor refinish companies come out, inspect & say the could not be saved must be replaced. 2 others would not even come out when I told them my floor is hand scrapped. I also had 3 retail floor stores come out & give me bids to replace the wood floors. Just before committing to paying for a total replacement a friend said call Gus first. If they can be refinished he is the guy that can do it. If thy do need to be replaced, he can also do that at a very reasonable price. I had some issues of inconsistency with a prior installation of flooring from another source. Gus sent Marco to assess and quote the cost of repair and replace the areas that were not properly installed. Marco did a great job and was timely and clean with the work he did. I am pleased with the outcome and am no longer looking at flaws.
