“Locked myself out of apartment at midnight, panicking, called here and was directed to text info over which was smart. Got a fast ETA of hour and half, and considering everywhere else I called (5 places) either didn't respond, told me they would call back and never did, or quoted 7-8am.... Absolutely ecstatic to wait only an hour and half. And it basically only was that long. Guy was even super understanding about my phone being almost dead battery-wise, gave me an ETA and description so that I could be ready to let him in if it died.I never knew I needed a favorite locksmith but I have one now. (Although I really hope I don't need one again).“

“Note… the gentlemen who runs this locksmith is hard of hearing. This sometimes makes him come across as dismissive. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful when u need a fix. - We bought our daughter a used car that came with only one key. I bought a compatible key fob online (for under $40) and he programmed the new key to the car (for around $80) in about 10 mins. The dealership was asking over $700 for a new key! Highly recommend this place.“

“I needed to change my lock, since my temporary care giver, after my surgery, paid by the state, stole my late brother's diamond ring. She was the only person that knew where it was kept besides myself. Now, it is gone because she stole it, since she had my keys and could come and go as she chose.She claims she did not take it, if she didn't take it, she let some body into my apartment and directed that person on where it was. She was behind it. I discovered it missing July2022. She broke my heart. I did above and beyond for her. And, that is how she repaid me. I was hurt, not so much the very expensive diamond ring being taken, she let me down since I trusted her.I have actually known her for at least 20 years, what a huge disappointment. Actually, I have big things happening in my future, so I am glad she showed her true colors. She is out of my life since last July.I have huge things happening in my future which concerns a huge chunk of change. I can't trust her around me in my future.I have caught her in quite a few lies, I over looked it.If you lie, you will steal, if you steal you will kill.“
