Steven arrived, thoroughly inspected our current system and the electrical box, and quickly discovered that nothing needed to be replaced at all. The system simply needed to be reset. Instead of trying to sell us an expensive new system or unnecessary repairs, he honestly explained the issue, fixed it, and only charged the $150 service fee.

“Peter is the best.

Due to a faulty front door handleset, I've locked myself out of my house - twice!

The first time, I couldn't get a hold of Peter; the other guys drilled out 2 deadbolts and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later...I did it again.

I was able to contact Peter this time and he performed the same operation in much less time - without having to destroy the 2 existing deadbolts.

He then fixed the main issue and everything works now.
