“40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. Whatever the issue Rollamatic has always taken care of our system...installing new glass when one of our kids broke the glass...installing a new motor after decades of use...tweeking the old supports for the system to roll smoothly. In our house the Rollamatic roof is more than a thing of beauty: it helps us stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer; and it protects us from the rain. We can either have an extra room i.e. the atrium, or open the roof 100% to enjoy the fresh air. It has also made it possible for us to have a beautiful indoor garden with flowering vines that cannot withstand our winter cold: bougainvilleas. “Work to replace woodrotten T11 wall siding was done timely and within budget. Accomodations were made to do additional minor necessary work not originally in contract. Major damage that occurred during construction were fixed. Only caveat is that if there were any woodrot underneath the T11 wall siding, they will not check for it. Need to hire someone else to check this before they proceed with installing the new T11 wall siding next time.“

However, Sunshine was able to do the job without breaking a single tile. They were also thoughtful about what they replaced, by leaving some fascia boards and downspouts in place, that were still fine. As a consequence, the project cost was lower than other leading companies. Sunshine has LeafBlaster gutter guards that are top of the line too. “The rusted gutters and downspout in our 30+ year old home needed replacement. I made an estimate inquiry to eight contractors specializing in gutters.
