“Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of.

The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!
