Sincerely, Glenn is the best. During the inspection there was no upsell, he actually did a through inspection in the crawlspace and since it's a small business with less overhead than competitors, his pricing was quite good.
He completed the work quickly, professionally and as a somebody who can be a bit demanding of the contractors I hire, I didn't need to correct or point out issues even once.
Glenn has helped us alot over the years. We go with nobody else! Most recently we had Glenn do a termite tenting of the house. He was extremely communicative and helpful. He worked with the city to turn off our gas and even closed up a few holes around our home that rats could potentially enter from. 10/10 would use Glenn again!
