Andrew was my technician, and was courteous, punctual and thorough over the 4-5 times he was here to set, bait, or check / remove traps.Folks at the office take your messages and get them to the right person promptly. They have notes on prior communication and no matter who is on the phones, they know what's up with your account / house.Also, we have Stanley take care of both our family home and rental house.I honestly hope I DON'T have to call them again - having rodents is traumatizing. But I will if I need to!

The Associate that came to the home was polite, courteous and explained quite a few things that may take place. Very nice, great customer service skills. The Associate that came to pick up the traps answered any questions that I had. thank you for your service

The team that showed up to fumigate our house was great. They were very careful with the solar panels and the ceramic tile roof, cleaned up quickly and fully, and were super friendly. I have already suggested Stanley Pest Control to others!
