“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sam was quick to respond when my old PC got the dreaded white screen. I had to buy a new desktop, but couldn't get into my old one to transfer my stuff. Sam gave me solutions immediately and a link to purchase an adapter to access my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself since I didn't know if my HD was corrupted. Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. He was very pleasant and let me watch what he was doing, explaining to me every step of the way. He even created an automatic back up for me. I can't recommend Sam's IT enough, the price was more than reasonable for his travel and time, and his honesty is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend.“

“I needed a hard drive replacement on a 27" iMac. Darren quoted $100 for labor and $279 for a 1 terabyte SanDisk SSD for a total price of $379. That was a great price so I asked him to come down to replace the hard drive. Tony came down and installed the drive with no issues. We have a large number of computers at the company I work for so I look forward to working with Darren and Tony again.“
