I want to thank this place for fixing our computer the same day! It ended up being a very minor problem and the person did not charge us to fix the computer. It is wonderful to see a business do the right thing - we were ready to pay and they did not want payment. I have had a hard time finding a reliable, honest computer repair shop... this is our new go-to place! Thank you for your integrity and honesty!!!

Took my computer to many other places and they kept it for days, but when I brought it here, he looked at it immediately and fixed it in matter of few hours, my experience was the best here.

I needed to open my laptop to remove the hard drive. I watched the google videos on how to do it - Strike one... I took it to staples to their computer IT dept. Strike two - The guy said he had never seen a laptop like this as far as being so hard to remove the encasing (It was an HP Pavilion) I took it to Turbo PC. Ando was very nice/friendly over the phone and in person. He new what to do right away and snapped it off very quickly.
