Mike was awesome at fixing our printer. Could not get it to print without jamming up and looked for HP authorized repair places and found HPC, I called and explained what is happening and then he said just drop it off and then he would take a look. The next day he calls and tells me it is ready to be returned. Easy and price was reasonable.

The bottom began to separate from the top of my 4 year old HP Spectre Laptop that cost about $2,000. The Best Buy Geek Squad and Office Depot Computer Repair Dept. said it needed a new battery but they couldn't help me and it wasn't worth fixing. I was told it was cheaper to purchase a new computer.Michael Kahn, proprietor of HPC Computers also told me it needed a new battery. He ordered the battery which arrived in a few days, had me bring the laptop in, and within a few hours the work was completed. The cost was considerably less than $200.
