Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. He was very pleasant and let me watch what he was doing, explaining to me every step of the way. He even created an automatic back up for me. I can't recommend Sam's IT enough, the price was more than reasonable for his travel and time, and his honesty is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend.”
