About 4 years ago I was in desperate need of a new desktop. My current computer at the time had a corrupted C drive that kept losing space. But at the time, the Covid supply disruption had left the computer retail market fairly devoid of decent PCs no matter the price point. Fortunately, an employee at Best Buy told me about Curtis and BlissVector.
Curtis returned my call immediately and made me feel instantly that I had called the right person. Not only was Curtis fully capable of building a PC machine for me — he was actually excited to do the work. He clearly enjoys his work and is super motivated. I cannot recommend someone more to help with any and all PC needs than Curtis from BlissVector! As a first time PC builder, I ran into a few hiccups that even an at-home IT technician wasn’t able to fully address despite hours spent attempting. Upon calling BlissVector, Curtis was very communicative and helpful right from the start- offering aid through phone so I wouldn’t have to drag my heavy PC over to the store since he immediately recognized the issue through my descriptions and had a quick solution which is truly amazing 🤩 Within the next couple hours, all the issues that kept me from making my build usable became a thing of the past!
