“Hello! Hello! So I was interviewing general contractors to get my kitchen and floors done but I was left so frustrated by their lack of motivation. Then one morning on the 60 freeway I saw Romeo’s truck fly by, so I decided to check him out. Im so glad I did!

He took one look at my kitchen and listened to what I wanted. There was no sales pitch or wasting time, he got to work. He had a detailed work proposal and a kitchen design in my inbox within 3 days. Everything was listed on his proposal: prices, schedule of work being done and any exclusions. He said 3-6 weeks but delivered a day early. The price he quoted me was what I paid.

“I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

“Salvador and his team were communicative, professional and efficient in their work. They finished the job within the time frame they indicated on the contract which we really appreciated. Jackie was very nice and communicated the steps on the project and told me if there were any issues. Salvador was very knowledgeable and passed all city inspections without issues. He provided suggestions and insights that we considered very valuable. We were actually very hesitant at first since getting scammed by a contractor and our project getting multiple delays so we werent very trusting but Salvador and his team reassured us that he will fix and help us out with this bathroom addition. They worked tirelessly from late march to early June, monday through friday in the heat and they never complained. The payment process was also very easy and manageable. Their pricing was also outstanding for the quality of work they provide. I heard that his company is also a family business which is why theyre so personable and cared about their clients wants and needs. “Paul did a beautiful job on our custom maple wainscoting and bar work at Bohemia. This was not a basic install. The project involved a lot of layout decisions, uneven floor conditions, outlet coordination, panel proportions, cap details, and making sure everything would work both visually and practically in a commercial space. Paul was thoughtful throughout the process and clearly knows finish carpentry.

What I appreciated most was that he did not just rush through it. He took the time to think through the details, explain options, and flag things that could affect the final result before cutting into the material. He was especially careful with the panel layout, wood movement, grain direction, and how the base and trim should be handled so the finished product would both look right and hold up well over time.

The wainscoting came out really elegant and clean, and the craftsmanship is obvious in person. It gave the space warmth and character immediately. The bar work also came out great and tied in nicely with the rest of the room. Paul cares about the end result and it shows.

In my case, the variable speed heat pump was the way to go, relocating it into a space above my master bathroom. The guys were able to do it in two days, They were friendly, considerate, explaining the system, and the new Nest thermostat. I would say their price was slightly above the other quotes, but I was more confident in them than the other bidder.“
