So this company came to do our seismic retrofit a couple weeks before Christmas. We were expecting the work to last through February and maybe even into march. This company and the gentleman who were working here were outstanding they were professional if they helped accommodate us the tenants there was never garbage left everywhere or anything left a mess they always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly amazing people did a great job.

I have worked on many various projects on our apartment buildings. Optimum Seismic has been the most professional(and caring ) of any professional company I. have worked with.The proof is this. During the project if I. called they answered quickly. The addressed my questions and took action. Even better, after the project, and the bills all paid, they kept their word with details surrounding recovering cost recovery from the city!!!! Thank you Sales, Accounting and Building Crew!
