I recently joined and was helped by Steven, he had such a wonderful attitude and you could tell was really out to make sure I had the best intro experience. Half of a gym experience for me is the sign up, I mean the place is clean and has everything you need, but the staff really make places like this special.

It is an effective exercise facility that helps to keep its clients in shape. The staff are very welcoming and supportive, having the best intentions in keeping their clients healthy and in shape.

Clean gym and not busy most of the time so you get your pick of machines. They have another location fairly close to this gym as well if its too busy. Equipment is kept in good condition and you won't see weights just thrown everywhere on the ground.
