The price he gave us was the best quote we received of the three companies that quoted the job and after seeing photos of other projects he completed, we gave him the job. I had been searching for a general contractor to remodel my kitchen for several years. After encountering a few bad contractors, I was on the verge of giving up and even considering selling the house. “We reached out to Prime Design and Build for a bathroom remodel and worked with Ethan. He was helpful, attentive, and very responsive. He also worked efficiently—our first meeting covered the same level of detail in 30 minutes that other GCs took an hour for, which we appreciated. In the end, we went with another option, but Prime Design and Build remained a top contender throughout. There was never any high-pressure selling; instead, Ethan did everything he could to adjust the proposal to fit our budget. If you’re looking for a GC, I’d recommend reaching out to them for a proposal.“

“The Dreamprint Home Remodeling team helped with our kitchen and bathroom remodel, including converting a mudroom into a new bathroom. Mendy drew up our permit drawings and got the permit approved with the city of San Jose. He was quick and responsive, and worked to the timeframes he promised. He was familiar with the city of San Jose and went in person to get our permit approved quickly. When we had to make alterations to the permit drawings (we discovered necessary changes as demolition and rough work proceeded), he did them very quickly and walked in again to get approval on the spot, keeping our project on time. He also gave great advice with regards to inspection appointments.“

The most recent project was a full remodel of our laundry room, kids’ bathroom, and master bathroom. “We had Giant builders remodel our kitchen a few years ago so this month we had them replace our master bathroom cabinets. Gina was great to work with in the showroom.
