We hired May Construction to build a second story over our attached garage. We had used them to do a smaller project (installing cabinetry into an existing closet) and they did a fabulous job. I am a former Navy Civil Engineer and oversaw over $5 billion in construction projects during my career and worked with hundreds of general contractors. I can honestly say that May Construction ranks in the top 5 contractors I ever worked with.

A friend recommended May Construction when we were considering a kitchen remodel, and we’re very glad they did. Our initial consultation with Bill was thoughtful and thorough—he walked us through options while respecting that we liked the basic layout of our original 1970s kitchen.
We ultimately chose a full renovation down to the studs, including raising the original drop ceiling to support key design elements. Once work began, we worked daily with Troy, who kept us well informed throughout the project.
