He put me in contact with a great architect. “Jim Parden built my new house from the ground up from 2019-2021. I had originally gone with a "less expensive" builder who promised the world and of course prices mysteriously increased and time lines were not met. Jim took over and completed my project, after the original structure was demolished and oversaw everything from pouring foundation on. My "complaint" would be project management of time, I think all projects take longer than expected. But I have to say now that it's all done I'm ok with it. Why? Because, whenever I go in other new construction homes I always see how much better quality my house is compared to other homes. Often from builders that charged 10%-30% more than what I paid. They always say when you build a house there is 1) Time 2) Quality and 3) Price. But you only get 2 of those 3. I honestly feel I got Great Quality, Good Price, and Good Enough Time. But the real test is, would I do it again or would I hire him for my next project and my answer is a resounding Yes! Also, it's been 2 years now, and Jim has always been very responsive for the random quirks or small fixes that inevitably show up in a new house. Thanks Jim!“

“My roofing guy Brian Perez from Bay View Roofing recommended Gr8work Builders after the parade of storms hit earlier in 2023. There was extensive damage to the siding. I had gotten quotes from other places, but no one else made me feel as comfortable as Patrick (the owner) and Cameron.The Gr8work team was incredibly responsive and walked me through various options for the job. In the end, I opted to replace the existing siding of the entire house with long lasting Hardie Board material. We also replaced an aging garage door and redid the deck with Timbertek material.Gr8work is a family run business and the care they put into working with their clients really shows. This was the first time I've done such a large project and Cameron was communicative through every step of the process. “We used Alliance Construction to perform a major renovation of our two-story home in 2021. The project included the demolition and reconstruction of three bathrooms, including some structural changes, and extensive work in every room except the kitchen (which had been previously remodeled). Ryan Coleman, the owner of Alliance Construction, was highly organized across all aspects of the work, including pre-ordering of materials and components, scheduling of the work and payments. The result was perfect transparency as to what was happening and when. The quality of the work was uniformly superb. He and his team enforced their own high standards and there was no part of the project that disappointed us. On Ryan's recommendation we used an interior designer who made the design process seamless and who carefully coordinated with Alliance Construction. The work took approximately four months to complete and the appropriate Alliance team would arrive promptly every day. There were almost no slack days because the work had been planned meticulously by Ryan Coleman. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and sensitive as we dealt with the inevitable inconveniences.
