The whole back lawn is covered with lush fake grass, so kids can run around barefoot without any problems. Luis used galvanized spiral nails to secure the ends of the fabric, so there were no trip dangers along the edges. Bright green blades quickly bounce back after being walked on a lot.
We were able to create an appealing front yard landscaping, using a great blend of concrete stairs and native plants while minimising water use. Tom recommended sleek black rock borders to suit the contemporary lines of the house. Drivers often slow down to appreciate the arrangement outside.
Completely functional backyard ADU that brought in instant rental revenue without interrupting usual daily activities. Andreas was very careful in the structure, sub panel wiring and split system heating installation. Heavy tenant traffic resisting durable premium flooring throughout the property.
