When we ran into obstacles with the city during permitting, Ohad and the Greenberg team stepped in and proactively found solutions, keeping the project moving without unnecessary delays. There were times that I think their intervention actually sped things up with the city!

“My roofing guy Brian Perez from Bay View Roofing recommended Gr8work Builders after the parade of storms hit earlier in 2023. There was extensive damage to the siding. I had gotten quotes from other places, but no one else made me feel as comfortable as Patrick (the owner) and Cameron.The Gr8work team was incredibly responsive and walked me through various options for the job. In the end, I opted to replace the existing siding of the entire house with long lasting Hardie Board material. “We had a leak in our 2F bathtub which was done by another contractor. I was expecting the worst case scenario where we had to replace the whole bath tub, and that is when Roy's team came in. They were very fair about their quote, and recommended to first only charge the opening of the 1F ceiling to assess the leak. Daniel and the team worked really hard to find and fix the problem, so we ended up not needing to replace the bath tub and minimized the cost. We liked them so much that we plan to do a kitchen cabinet replacement with them soon.“

“I hired Lifetime Remodeling for a 568 sq ft addition and a full remodel that included a new kitchen and four bathrooms. Sam and his team did a great job. From the beginning, they took the time to understand what I wanted and also suggested a few ideas that ended up making the design better than what I originally planned.
