“Miguel was the person who was in touch with me from start to the end and also the one who came for the actual cleaning of our carpet. We had a big stain of wet dirt that was drying over the last few days and so wanted to urgently get it cleaned from the carpet.

He and his colleague came together at sharp 7.30am PT and were thoroughly professional in their communication and cleaning efforts. The full cleaning of 2 of our standard rooms took ~35mins after which the dirt spot was non-existent and the entire house carpets were as good as new! He was also kind enough to himself tell us how long to wait for the carpet to dry as well as what precautions we should take!

“I got Qualiclean to get deep cleaning done for my single family home. I got the quote over the phone and Maria was able to give me an appointment over the weekend to make sure we meet our move-in timelines. The crew arrived on time, cleaned the house, and professionally accomadated all our requests. We are very happy with the clean up and services offered.I would like to add that the quote provided over the phone was based on an hourly rate. The approximate quote was for about 4 hours of work, but 3 hours into the job the work was barely 50% done. We ended up negotiating with the supervisor to make sure they give us a flat rate for the complete job irrespective of the total number of hours. The supervisor was supportive and honored the flat rate to get the work completed.I highly recommend Qualiclean for cleaning services. In retrospective .. I will get an in-person quote & finalize a flat rate before the appointment.“
