Had two really large Persian carpets hand tied And naturally dyed Cleaned. They picked them up got me too really really good new pads to go underneath and then call me to let me know that it was unraveling on the side and we best to handle that now before it gets worse which they did. They sent thread samples and picked the right one. Excellent.
