Absolutely fantastic service!! I highly recommend the Martinous Rug company. My mother has used the folks over at Martinous Rugs to have her unique Persian rug cleaned and repaired over the last 30 years. This time it had been a while since she last had the rug cleaned. It had stains, smells and some worn areas that all needed attention. Both Sherry and Sam were super nice and extremely easy to work with. They explained everything in detail on how they would clean and repair this beautiful rug for us. They even went as far as repairing a small section of the rug so we could see the difference. We had a great experience with Martinous Rugs. We just needed to resize a new rug. They were prompt, responsive and professional in every way. As a bonus, they ended up charging us substantially less than the quoted price. How’s that for honesty. I would recommend them to anyone without a worry.
