Clear pricing and high quality call from owner/operator to clarify order, confirm pricing and commit to appointment day/time. Good text message system for reminder and arrival updates. On time arrival, smooth paperwork process, healthy focus on safety, respecting and protecting the home. Excellent communication overall. Quality work done in a timely manner with instructions for aftercare. Will book again and recommend to others!

We hired Sapphire Steamer for upholstery and grout cleaning. Bret, the owner, was very responsive to my requests and communicated well. Bret was very meticulous. We ran into an issue but Bret took ownership and action to rectify the situation. Bret was professional and easy to work with. We would recommend his service.

Fantastic carpet cleaning service. Bret walked through all the details with us prior to starting the cleaning. We have a dog and a toddler, so the carpets get a lot of wear. The carpets look great after the cleaning!
