I am totally satisfied with CGT Carpet and upholstery cleaning. They give full attention to detail. It is the second time we used them. They are a small owned and operated company here in San Jose. Perfect work, prompt arrival, at a fair price.

Derek and his partner came for a move out cleaning. They were very friendly and professional. The job was done well and quick. They took about 90 mins to get through a 3 bedroom house with 2 flights of stairs. They did an amazing job and left the place cleaner than when I first moved in. We have been using them regularly, and we are always impressed and pleased with their work. They are on time, efficient and thorough. We have been encouraged by the company who installed our carpets to get them cleaned once a year, and we do, but they still look clean after a year, a testament to the excellent quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs an excellent team to take good care of their carpets. It is so rare these days to get good quality work, so I like to shout it out when I do.Additional note: Their fee seems very reasonable, and they did not raise it this year, even though a lot of other prices have risen during this period...read full review
