When I called to make the appt, Kelsey was patient & kind, and explained the different sizes of unit that may work for us. She recommended two, in particular, which the technician brought with him. Neither one fit our space so the technician drove to the local warehouse to pick up the correct size and came back to install it. 5/5...I highly recommend this company. =)“
