Joshua C. Came out today to service our water heater! He’s very knowledgeable. Joshua took the time to answer all our questions. He is very professional and easy to talk to. Which made us very comfortable! That’s hard to find these days! His work is exceptional! We definitely will be calling Joshua back if we having any plumbing issues in the future!

I recently had NS come do routine maintenance on my furnace. Jesus was my technician, he did such a good job. He explained everything to me and gave me some options to improve my system He was awesome! I love NS and their technicians.

Rick came to our house and inspected our (OLD) furnace, and thank God he did because he found that it was corroded and malfunctioning to the point of being dangerous. He took the time to explain it first to me, and then again to my husband, and explained all of our options for replacing it, and even the option of adding an air quality unit.
