“Valerie is a magician! I have seen her three times and she recommended a treatment plan for my jowls, forehead, and under my eyes. She worked her magic with Juvederm Volux and Botox and I am loving the results! She has the eye of an artist and can immediately access what is needed and where by staring at my face! She is so easy to talk to and is an excellent communicator. I was nervous to have anything done to my face again, as I did not have a great experience before, at another facility. Valerie immediately put me at ease and we started slowly with a plan. I loved the results and I love her work! I would recommend her and her expertise to anyone!“

“Came here to this location because the location closest to my house had a 3 hr wait time. I was checked in and walking out with a prescription in less than an hour.

Doctor was very efficient and helped me drain an infection in my neck and gave me antibiotics to help as well. He seemed very confident in his plan of attack for my infection and made me feel comfortable.“

Sharp also recently switched to a new browser and mobile app. I was skeptical at first, but the new app allows *both* parents to see every child's medical records, and the phone staff for pediatrics were empowered to help me set it up-- no separate line or call center for IT. It was the best experience for a patient IT issue that I have had in over 10 years. Good job Sharp!“

Except when many appointments are made so closed to each other, sometimes appointments are scheduled at the same time for different patients and the wait is 1 hour for us to see the doctor with appointment. I myself with an infant, now is a toddler have had frustrated waiting time in the front door.“

“Dr. Miramontes and the care she provided far exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thorough, educating me on how my body functions (something I've never experienced in a doctor's office), showing genuine curiosity about things like my sleep, energy levels, etc., and patient. I set with her for over an hour (again, something I've never experienced) and never once felt like I was being rushed out.Christine at the front desk was equally as kind and patient!I am so grateful to have found Dr. Miramontes and admittedly can't wait to continue seeing her to address my health concerns!“

“pretty sure a Veteran can off themselves in the reception area while waiting on the SD VA (Specifically the San Diego system) and their response will be to prescribe Naproxin and tell them to see their primary care (who is the one that sent them there and is also useless) no disrespect to the nurses. . . .you guys are clearly over worked by doctors that are incompetent and a local administration that doesn't give a sh!!. they see 22 a day as a statistic to get more money and not a problem that needs to be fixed“

“I know this is odd to rate a military medical facility but I have to recognize the great people at NMCSD Anesthesiology. I was getting a procedure done which was delayed and as I was waiting in pre-op, I was growing more anxious. LCDR Mayra Monarrez RNAP arrived and she was so upbeat and friendly, yet professional. I immediately felt more comfortable. I told her jokingly that I was going to give the treatment so far 2 stars and she went along with this, insuring I got another set of warm sheets. She told me everything that would happen on her part during the procedure. I have had prior experiences with NMCSD Anesthesiology and all have been favorable,. This one was just special as it really help me cope with the anxiety I felt.“

“the pace driver today was such a jerk. He parked behind a handicap spot rather than IN the handicap spot. So I pull into the handicap spot and there are 2 spots to wheel someone up the harborview assisted living. He told me to get out of the spot. I said you can take your guy right there. It was a complete straight shot for him. He said NO!!! I had to move and he needed to be right where my car was. Which was NOT true. Stupidly I moved. And to the middle of the street attempting to squeeze my dad with a walker between 2 cars and up a small bump since he was exhausted and upset with his dementia causing him to be angry. The driver of the Pace vehicle said, " That's a handicap spot. Do you have a handicap placard?" I do. And what a J E R K he was. So I will complain as it is very difficult to deal with my barely walking father rather than his guy in a wheel chair who was slumped over and doesn't say a word.“
