I have been working on my foot problem for several months now. The most frustrating part of my interaction is that I see one of the 2 doctors and they will prescribe a lab test or an MRI and after I have done that test there is no follow up. So cal has given me several different approaches and some have helped, some have done very little and some have actually caused me to lose ground. I have asked many times what the end state looks like but the socal team has been evasive. I have been at a point several times where i feel that I am very close but just can’t get over the top. And then I am told we need to get this under control before we can discuss next steps.
All my visits have been positive. I really appreciate that they saw me today for an issue that developed while I was in vacation in Hawaii. I cannot say enough positive things about SoCal foot care. The office is located in a primarily residential area so you do need to allow extra time to find parking. That said, it is well worth doing that for the excellent care that they provide.
Dr Ibrahim was attentive, informative, and offered thoughtful and comprehensive care and regerral.
Tho street psrking for office is challenging - allow extra time for that - I couldnt be happier with the visit experience!
