Visited last week for lab work. Best clinic I have visited so far. Whole process lasted less than five minutes. Everyone I came in contact with extremely kind and friendly. Way to go VA.

The Clinic is amazing and I have nothing but good service when there. Art is great! However, I would love to speak with someone about Lisa (customer service rep). I had quite the experience with her this morning. Thanks so much.

Nurse Robin is, by far, the most engaging and caring customer service representative I've had the pleasure of working with at any VA facility. An unfortunate string of events put me in a position where I needed a signature from my PCP same day, and even with COVID-19 screwing up everyone's plans, she bent over backwards and did everything possible, including suggesting multiple contingencies, to ensure I got what I needed.If every nurse was half the nurse Robin is, this world would be a much better and more efficient place.
