When you buy prescription glasses from here, they don't just hand it to you once the glasses arrive. They'll have you try it on so they can verify the fit. My first pair came back a little off centered and they sent it back to get it fixed.“

“We had a great experience during our examination with Dr. Tian and the staff. Dr. Tian was very thorough, explaining the purpose for each step of our examination and answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed. They have a very efficient process for determining your prescription and checking eye health. Our appointment was originally with Dr. Fong and the reminders all confirmed that we were scheduled with Dr. Fong. So we were surprised when we were seen by Dr. Tian. I think it would be helpful to update their reminders with the optometrist that you are scheduled with to avoid confusion. Overall, we had a positive experience and will be coming back.“

I once had an emergency and he was kind enough to meet us at his office with zero notice on a Saturday night. We've never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment and his office staff is also very nice and responsive.
