Evergreen Memorial Sacramento Inc. is a funeral home known for its affordability and respectful service. They offer cremation services and were praised for their kindness and consideration during a difficult time.
Clients found the staff, including Ed, Gary, and the team, to be patient, compassionate, and responsive. The funeral home was commended for its upfront pricing, which was described as reasonable and significantly lower than competitors. Evergreen Memorial also assists with tasks such as notifying social security and ordering death certificates. While some clients noted a slightly longer wait time for cremation, they understood the high volume of needs the funeral home handles.
So nice, patient, kind, soft spoken and considerate. Ran into a snag with the doctor - they talked me through it. No problems with this business or anyone on their staff. Very professional and caring. Even when I got emotional and agitated, they were calming and sweet. Highly recommend!
The staff at Evergreen Memorial are very professional and knowledgeable. They truly care and helped walk through the process and thoroughly explained our options. I was truly impressed with the care they took and I'm so thankful to the staff for making this process as easy as possible so we could focus on our family during this time. From planning to the service, they really went above and beyond any expectation we had. I would highly recommend Evergreen Memorial!
