Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was straightforward, no hidden fees, no surprise info. everyone who helped me was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Even when I suddenly couldn’t make it on time to pick up my mother’s remains, I was accommodated with a new time the same day. My siblings and I are all in different states and not close. The agent facilitated the calls so everyone was on the same page and the process could go smoothly.
