My father recently passed away and, along with deep grieving, my siblings and I were not looking forward to all the things we’d have to organize, including making funeral arrangements for our dad.
Fortunately, we found Marsha Runquist, a wonderful funeral director at George L Klumpp Chapel of Flowers. Marsha had a warm and welcoming personality, and explained things to us in a very straightforward and understandable way. Ms. Runquist made it obvious she was there to support us in the most professional and caring way. Klummps Funeral Home was so kind and professional when my mom died a few years ago. So I knew Klummps was our first choice when my husband and I decided to do our own pre-planning. Erica Tescher was a joy to work with. She made everything easy and straightforward. We hope we won't need to make use of our funeral arrangements anytime soon (!) but when the time comes, we know we'll be in good hands.
